Returns based on personal preference, ordering mistakes, or no longer needing the item are not accepted.


1.3 Items Not Eligible for Return

Unless defective or damaged upon arrival, the following items are non-returnable:

1.4 Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting support@luxoragood.shop.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and standard return procedures will apply.


2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please email support@luxoragood.shop within 30 days of delivery. Our support team will provide detailed instructions and a return authorization if required.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) returns are not accepted

  • All return shipments must be prepaid

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service

luxoragood.shop is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged during transit.

For exchanges, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
In such cases, we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid return label.


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error

  • Partial or denied refunds may apply if items are returned in unacceptable condition

  • Refunds for multi-item orders apply only to returned products

Additional processing time may be required for large or high-value orders.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost once the claim is approved.
Claims submitted after 7 days may not qualify for compensation.


6. Non-Returnable Scenarios

  • Unauthorized or unapproved return shipments

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or negligence
